GO

The Swaziland Partnership has ignited the passion and imagination of many people. We want everyone who has a desire to join a GO (Global Outreach) Team to have that opportunity. Please consider the part you can provide on a future team as there is something for everyone to do!

Depending on your skills you will be asked to serve on one of four teams:

Our efforts will focus on:

  • Partnering with Raleigh Fitkin Memorial Hospital and their 17 rural clinics to provide equipment, training, renovation of their facilities as well as mentoring relationships with their doctors and nurses
  • Ministering with local Nazarene Churches on evangelistic efforts
  • Working with the Coca-Cola Foundation on new guttering at every rural clinic for water harvesting and new pit latrines for proper sanitation
  • Collaborating with the HIV/AIDS Task Force as they provide home health care to those dying of AIDS
  • Loving at-risk children through Vacation Bible Schools, sports camps, and feeding programs
  • Working with local communities on the sponsorship of community gardens

GO Team Prayer Calendars

As each GO Team prepares to depart, a Prayer Calendar is created to give specific names of team members and Swazi leaders to pray for on a daily basis.  Please download the following link and join us as we pray for our teams and the people of Swaziland.

March 2012 GO Team Prayer Calendar

2012 GO Teams

Plans are underway for two GO teams to Swaziland in 2012.  Please prayerfully consider being a part of one of these teams as we partner with the people of Swaziland to help address the needs of thousands of at-risk and orphaned children and those effected by HIV/AIDS.

  • March 15-26, 2012 - $3,200
*Application deadline is October 10, 2011
Please be prayerful about joining the March 2012 GO Team. This team will work with the HIV/AIDS Task Force, spend time with children at the Ntondozi Child Development Centre, provide a Vacation Bible School, and provide training with the Raleigh Fitkin Memorial Hospital. Our construction project may be building a new church or renovating buildings for a new farm in Siteki to support the Nazarene College of Theology. There may be medical specialists joining this team that will work in partnership with Dr. Jonathan Pons, the only ophthalmologist in Swaziland. We will also work in partnership with The Luke Commission as they provide healthcare in rural areas of Swaziland. As always, you will partner with Swazi leaders and make friends for a life time!

Please download the March 2012 Application Packet.
